Prior to the Meeting the Committee welcomed Past Captain and Chairman David Elliott and who addressed the Committee. Mr Elliottt expressed concerns about the implementation of the Doak Report. A summary of Mr Elliott’s remarks may be found in an Appendix to the Minutes. Amongst other matters the Committee discussed –

• Terms of reference for the Greens Committee.
• Safety issues arising from use of the back access route to the Club.
• The Cornish Festival 2025.
• A change to Bye-Law 16.
• The purchase of a replacement utility vehicle.
