Celebrating Past Captains!

It was my pleasure to host the annual Past Captains Golf and Luncheon on the 17th July.

The day was filled with fun and laughter. Terri Gliddon was on great form and was in charge of fines which was hilarious and raised a handsome sum for my charity, so my thanks go to her and all that were relieved of quite a bit of cash.

The winner of the golf was Carole Waights with 39 points closely followed by Jax Buse with 38 points just pipping Celia Jarvis on countback. The winner has the opportunity to go forward to the County Millennium knockout if they wish.

Meg Godfrey was last years winner and she will be playing the semi final of this trophy today (19th July) at The Point against a lady from Perranporth. We wish her the best of luck.
