The Baron Rose Bowl was held at Launceston Golf Club on 13th June. The weather was brutal with persistent rain and increasing high winds as the day progressed. The format is punishing as well, 36 holes foursomes medal. The St Enodoc team of Caroline Hume-Kendall & Kim Lord, Bev Vann & Sue Roworth and Jan Harrison & Sara Taylor battled well.
Jan & Sara came in 3rd place on the afternoon round and Caroline & Kim came 2nd overall. Caroline & Kim also had 2 of the very few 2’s of the day.
