The challenging format of mixed foursomes medal did not deter 6 couples on Sunday to play for the honour of winning the Flag competition.  A most enjoyable game where you go as far as you can with your allocated shots.  The winners (Lynn Ashcroft and Simon Trevan) managed to complete 18 holes and went all the way down the 1st to 25 yards from the 1st pin the runners up (Norman and Annie Hawkey) also managed to go down the first although not quite so far.
